Areas of Expertise:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Obessive/Compulsive Disorder

  • Trauma

Who I help:

I work with college students and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD and trauma.

How I help:

Most modern therapies focus only on managing symptoms and believe that most patients will respond equally to the same treatment. But you are unique, and so are your thoughts, behaviors, relationship patterns and symptoms. Psychodynamic Therapy treats the cause of your symptoms. Together we'll explore where your unique thoughts, behaviors, relationship patterns and symptoms came from, what function they served for you, and replace them with better alternatives to free you from these old patterns that have kept you anxious, depressed, obsessing, or stuck in trauma patterns.

Off the clock:

Approach:

In my free time I enjoy running, hiking, fly-fishing, and spending time with friends, family, and loved ones.

  • Psychodynamic

  • Existential

  • Humanistic

  • Interpersonal

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Education:

"Every patient holds the keys to unlocking their fullest potential; I just help them find the keys."
